Marvel Avengers Children's Watches from WatchShop.com

Marvel Avengers Watch Face
I've always found it tricky to find the perfect gifts for the men in my life. There just doesn't seem to be the choice that you get with ladies. It's no surprise that, as L gets older, I'm having the same problem. This week, though, the people at the WatchShop.com have provided a solution that I hadn't really considered before. They sell all sorts of watches and jewellery to suit every pocket and starting at just a few pounds, but it's their children's watch selection that really impressed me. A large range, with lots of styles and characters to choose from, there's something for every child's personal preference and we all know how important that is!

They sent L his very own watch to review and he was thrilled with it. The one aspect he was most keen on, was that it was a proper grown up watch, but just in a smaller size. He is at that awkward age, between small child and teenager, where a lot of styles and designs are too young for him and
the styles he likes are often too big. So, this was a big deal. He is also, like a lot of children, quite fussy about texture, so I was pleased to find he could wear it all day, without fiddling with it or needing to take it off, like he has done with previous watches he has owned.

Marvel-ous Watch!
From a parent's point of view, I like the solid construction. I really feel this watch will last, which is an important aspect, particularly if you are considering it as a gift for a little one. There is nothing more disappointing than giving a child a gift that lasts all of five minutes, so it's good to know it's got potential to cope with children being children. L has taken his watch to school, and worn it all day doing normal boy things and it is still as good as new. I also love the clear numbering and the addition of the minutes on the outside, which would provide additional support while learning to tell the time.

There are a lot of children's watches in the sale on the website at the moment, so it's definitely worth having a look if you are struggling for ideas for little friends or relatives this Christmas. There's also a competition on their Facebook page, where you can win back the cost of your order. You can also find them on Twitter if you have any questions. Here is L's video, detailing exactly what he thought of his gift from WatchShop.com.

Produced in association with WatchShop.com, all opinions are our own. Especially L's, he's nine, he says exactly what he thinks!
